Meet the Founder
Dani Palmarini
Dani has been a trainer, coach and leadership consultant for more than 30 years, working globally.
She was born in Italy: her father is Italian and her mother English and she is fully bilingual. She has lived in the UK for most of her life and is married with three adult children.
From early in her 20s, she found a passion and love of working with people to help them become more of who they really are, and live ever more fulfilling lives.
This led her to transition from a career as a Marketing Manager for Unilever to a career in the field of human development.
Over the decades, Dani has worked with leaders at all levels in organisations to help them bring their best leadership skills to their teams and the organisations they work in.
She does this with skill, deep understanding of people, an extraordinary capacity to listen, as well as the tenacity and courage to challenge.
She understands barriers to performance in individuals and teams, and has years of experience facilitating people to overcome these.
